Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant to play a pivotal role in ensuring clients receive reliable and timely transportation services. The successful candidate will have experience in the Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) industry, with strong communication skills and the ability to handle objections with confidence.


Responsibilities:
  • Utilize your NEMT expertise to confidently communicate services, procedures, and best practices.
  • Make outbound calls to schedule transportation appointments while addressing and overcoming objections effectively.
  • Provide outstanding service to clients by listening actively, building rapport, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Maintain professionalism with excellent telephone etiquette and a clear, fluent command of the English language.
  • Manage and organize client schedules, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in documentation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the NEMT industry or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle objections with confidence and professionalism.
