    • Monitor, track, analyze, and report on social media performances using data analytics tools.
  • Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
    • Lead and develop the global social marketing team.
    • Oversee the social media function, providing strategic guidance to country teams.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to amplify key campaigns through social media.
  • Critical Success Factors:
    • Measure social channel performance: traffic, engagement, and conversions.
    • Monitor followership, reach, and engagement metrics.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a fast-paced environment or global context.
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working across diverse teams and stakeholders.
