About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our TikTok affiliate marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and optimizing influencer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Affiliate Program Management: Develop and execute effective affiliate programs, focusing on maximizing engagement and revenue. Collaborate with influencers and content creators to create and promote affiliate links, ensuring alignment with TikTok trends.
  • Campaign Strategy & Optimization: Design and implement strategies for driving affiliate sales through TikTok. Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize efforts and deliver results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the social media, content, and creative teams to ensure seamless integration of TikTok affiliate content with brand goals and target audiences.
  • Data-Driven Reporting: Track, report, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate affiliate program success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, or Digital Marketing, preferably with a focus on TikTok or Social Media Platforms.
  • Understanding of TikTok's platform and trends, including leveraging influencers for affiliate marketing. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on key metrics.
