Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, design, and execute paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
  • Analyze performance drivers using data to optimize campaign ROI.
  • Manage campaign trafficking, quality control, launch, reporting, and analysis.
  • Optimize campaign performance towards activation, retention, and reactivation goals.
  • Develop relationships with key paid social partners to nurture performance growth.
  • Partner with internal teams to optimize campaign performance.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of efficient growth through paid social and performance marketing metrics.
  • Experience running large multi-million dollar growth campaigns on paid social media platforms.
  • Strong communications, presenting, quantitative, and analytical skills.
  • A process-improvement mindset and a curiosity to understand performance drivers.
  • 3+ years of experience directly managing paid social campaigns.
