Job Description

Stranger Soccer is a rapidly growing company in Singapore that makes it easy for individuals to play football through its revolutionary platform and mobile app. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced social media and marketing professional who can help us take our brand to the next level.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience specifically in social media and marketing, with excellent English communication skills, strong attention to detail, passion for customer service, friendly positive attitude, and team player qualities.

Key responsibilities include managing social media accounts, planning and creating engaging content, maintaining daily stories, growing followers, and managing in-app communications.

Additional responsibilities include monitoring social media and mobile app for other cities, sharing and/or posting selected social media content, and collaborating with the global team to achieve business objectives.

  • Core Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms (IG, FB, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • Create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence, including responding to chats and comments
  • Grow our online community by increasing followers and engagement
  • Collaborate with the global team to develop and implement in-app communications and promotions
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform future strategies
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 3-5+ years in social media and marketing
  • Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail
  • Customer Service: Passion for customer service
  • Team Player: Friendly positive attitude and team player
  • Degree/Diploma: Bachelor's Degree/Diploma
  • Other Skills: Interest in football is a big plus; experience working overseas or with international companies a plus; hospitality experience a plus; franchise development or support experience a plus
Benefits

This role offers a flexible schedule of 10-15 hours per week, with the possibility of growing into a full-time role over time. You will work virtually with occasional travel to Singapore.
