We are seeking a talented professional to fill the position of Social Media Marketing Specialist.

Job Description
  • Create and execute comprehensive social media strategies to engage target audiences.
  • Craft and publish captivating multimedia content across various platforms, including video, image, and text-based formats.
  • Analyze data on audience demographics, engagement metrics, industry trends, competitor promotions, and marketing insights to inform future content decisions.
  • Develop and manage content calendars, campaign schedules, and postings across multiple social media channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop content, devise strategies, and execute promotional endeavors.
  • Build relationships with the brand's audience, respond to customer reviews and feedback, and facilitate discussions through engaging content and responses.
  • Research potential influencers, compatible products, and businesses to establish strategic partnerships that drive business growth.
  • Compose written content for social media posts, including captions and descriptions that capture attention and drive engagement.
  • Support the Ad Manager in executing social media advertising campaigns to reach and convert target audiences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or a related field.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software to design and edit visual content.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
