About Our Opportunity:

We seek a diligent and detail-focused Logistics Coordinator to play a pivotal role in our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and supporting logistical activities to ensure seamless movement of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the status of shipments to guarantee timely deliveries.
  • Schedule pickups and deliveries, ensuring effective coordination with drivers and vendors.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipping activities and logistics data.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, vendors, and warehouse staff.
  • Prepare reports for the logistics department, providing valuable insights into supply chain performance.
  • Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence management.
  • Respond to inquiries from customers and internal teams regarding shipping status and logistics.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in logistics, administration, or a similar field is an advantage.
  • Advanced Excel skills are required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are necessary.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
  • Familiarity with logistics software or tools is advantageous.
