Following a significant investment, Vault is entering a defining phase of growth, scaling capabilities and introducing new services to directly address Australia's national security demands. The company will strengthen relationships with government agencies and private sector businesses requiring secure cloud storage.

This expansion includes adding key roles that are integral to Vault's future success. A skilled Supply Chain Manager is sought to take ownership of procurement and supply chain activities, ensuring timely, cost-effective sourcing of components for cloud infrastructure.

As a completely remote position, this role offers flexibility to work from home while collaborating closely with leadership in Australia. Vault is a mission-driven organisation where innovation, integrity, and collaboration drive everything we do.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the supply chain function: Oversee administration and execution of procurement and sourcing activities.
  • Manage vendor relationships: Build partnerships to secure competitive pricing, quality, and compliance.
  • Drive improvements: Investigate opportunities for cost savings, efficiency, and process upgrades, and implement them.
  • Champion compliance: Ensure all activities follow policy and procedure, contributing to supply chain maturity growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or Business.
  • 10+ years of procurement experience (ideally in software, hardware, or IT services).
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain frameworks, compliance, and documentation.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced environment valuing autonomy and proactivity.
  • Exposure to supply chain software tools — an edge if you've explored AI-driven solutions.
