Job Title

This role provides business analysis to the supply chain functions, including production shop floor, engineering, marketing managers, procurement, materials management across different plants and business units.

Analyze data from multiple sources to identify measurable opportunities for improvement and implement audit processes, enhancing product workflow and developing supply chain project plans to streamline production planning, distribution order management, and inventory control providing visibility to customers, commercial businesses, and all supply chain functions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams on supply chain project plans supporting tactical and strategic business initiatives.
  • Gather and evaluate data from various sources to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Initiate demand forecast accuracy analysis and participate in executive-level discussions to understand demand dynamics.
  • Collaborate with product managers, materials managers, and support teams to drive projects to timely completion and manage the project portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain processes to monitor data quality and integrity of supply chain applications across multiple plants and business units.
  • Act as subject matter expert for new processes, KPIs, and data management and aid in training.
  • Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
  • Support ongoing support requests and interface with functional leads to develop new requirements into supply chain projects and implementation.
