Administrative Operations Support Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Support Officer to join our dynamic team. This role plays a key part in supporting daily operational functions across multiple departments including customer service, finance, procurement, and human resources.

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues as required
  • Managing accounts receivable and maintaining accurate records
  • Processing orders and managing the inbox
  • Reviewing prices and notifying stakeholders as necessary
  • Maintaining product databases and ensuring up-to-date information
  • Providing procurement support by analyzing data and generating purchase orders
  • Assisting with HR administration as required
  • Performing other administrative tasks as needed

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to handle a variety of administrative and support tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a call-based customer service role
  • Prior experience with data entry is preferred
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as Odoo or SAP is an asset
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with diverse personalities
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry
  • Able to work independently
