
Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team, providing exceptional support to clients across various products and lines of business. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving technical inquiries via phone, email, and internal case transfer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
- Document and follow up on all inquiries accurately.
- Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Troubleshoot complex connectivity issues and processing failures.
- Partner with leadership, team members, and business partners to resolve client issues.
- Support the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, and training materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Ability to work outside of normal coverage hours as needed.
- Experience with Wholesale Payments processes is an asset.
