Job Description:

We are seeking a professional to oversee the planning, development, and execution of email marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing compelling email content, managing subscriber lists, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Creation: Design and execute comprehensive email and SMS marketing campaigns across various customer segments.
  • Email Database Management: Build, segment, and personalize email lists to maximize deliverability and engagement rates.
  • Content Creation: Craft engaging email content, including subject lines, copy, and HTML templates that align with brand guidelines.
  • Deliverability and Compliance: Monitor email deliverability, manage sender reputation, and ensure compliance with email marketing regulations.
Flows and Automations:
  • Setup and Create Flows: Establish automated workflows that include filters, draft messages, time delays, and property updates.
  • Flow Performance Review: Regularly review flow performance and report insights and optimizations.
Optimizations:
  • A/B Testing: Conduct testing on subject lines, content, send times, and design elements to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Automated Email Sequences: Build and optimize welcome series, abandoned cart recovery, post-purchase follow-ups, and re-engagement campaigns.
Quality Assurance and Testing:
  • Error-Free Campaigns: Ensure all email and SMS campaigns and templates are error-free.
  • Template Rendering: Test email templates in Litmus to ensure they render correctly across devices.
General Klaviyo Management:
  • Template Creation: Design and build email templates using Klaviyo's drag-and-drop builder.
  • Sign-up Forms: Assist with creating sign-up forms, including fly-outs, pop-ups, and embed forms.
  • Integration Setup: Set up client tech stack integrations in Klaviyo, including Okendo, Yotpo, Elevar, Instant, and Customer.AI.
Reporting:
  • Performance Analysis: Provide detailed analytics and performance reporting on email campaigns, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI metrics.
