Email Marketing and CRM Specialist
We are looking for a skilled Email Marketing & CRM professional to help us drive customer engagement and revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategies.

This is a full-time remote role that requires strong communication skills, creativity, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends and best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns that maximize customer engagement and conversions.
- Design and optimize advanced automation flows and customer segmentation strategies to improve campaign performance.
- Lead the planning, creation, and scheduling of all marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with the CX team to enhance customer communications, using feedback to inform marketing strategies.
- Develop detailed briefs for the Content team, leveraging data insights to guide high-performing email content.
- Continuously test and experiment with subject lines, CTAs, visuals, layout, and other campaign elements to maximize performance.
- Partner with the Product team to ensure timely and relevant product information reaches customers through targeted email campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report on key email and CRM metrics, using insights to refine future strategies and optimize campaign performance.
