We are looking for a skilled Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Customer Support Activities:
    • Achieve sales goals and meet contact center metrics.
    • Contribute to the team's achievement of service metrics and all contact center goals.
    • Manage customer calls in a professional, timely, and appropriate manner.
    • Proactively engage with assigned customers to inquire about additional sales opportunities.
    • Probe for add-on/solution selling opportunities during customer conversations.
    • Recognize and route proactive sales opportunities to management when applicable.
    • Follow up on product backorders and order management.
    • Configure components to identify or clarify basic to complex customer solutions.
    • Make outbound calls to new/existing customers and send e-mail communications on company initiatives.
    • Advise and recommend product options, add-ons, and solutions best suited for customers.
    • Maintain positive relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction with services.
  • Order Management and Customer Service Activities:
    • Perform transactions accurately and meet departmental SLAs.
    • Enter orders into the system pursuant to individual order requirements.
    • Manage orders by auditing them for completion and accuracy.
    • Process claims, redo/replacement orders, or issue in-store credit.
  • Training:
    • Attend required trainings and display knowledge of materials.
    • Complete self-paced trainings and monthly learning checks in a timely manner.
  • Miscellaneous Activities:
    • Assist the Contact Center Team with administrative duties as assigned.
    • Perform other duties as designated by Management.
