We're seeking a strategic CRM Manager to lead our customer engagement initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you'll drive customer retention and loyalty through data-driven campaigns and platform optimization.

You'll bring our loyalty program to life by leveraging customer insights to create engaging experiences that foster a strong community.

You should have:

  • Customer-obsessed, with a passion for creating impactful experiences
  • Experience managing loyalty or membership programs in retail or e-commerce
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and marketing automation programs
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and optimize performance
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
Main ResponsibilitiesCRM & Loyalty Strategy
  • Develop and execute a CRM strategy across channels (e.g. lifecycle email, Whatsapp)
  • Stay updated on martech trends to continuously improve CRM strategy and execution
  • Analyze customer data and campaign performance to uncover insights and optimize communications
Customer Insights
  • Leverage customer insights to drive program enhancements and increase engagement and retention
  • Strengthen customer insight capabilities through tools like surveys and focus groups
Team Leadership
  • Own overall CRM KPIs, including new customer acquisition and retention
  • Lead and coach the CRM team, managing performance and capability development
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Min. 5 years of experience in a CRM role, preferably in retail or e-commerce
  • Candidates with SQL capabilities will have an added advantage
