Senior Workforce Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Senior Workforce Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our operations leadership, this individual will be responsible for ensuring that our workforce is aligned with business requirements and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement workforce management strategies to meet business objectives, including schedule creation, employee engagement, and performance measurement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee activity, including time-off requests, absences, and performance data.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in workforce management, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
