A pioneering company is seeking an exceptional Workforce Manager to drive mission forward by ensuring seamless operations, streamlining processes, and empowering businesses to achieve world-class teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Directly report to the VP of Operations and/or COO for effective decision-making and goal alignment.
- Utilize forecast models to ensure optimal staffing levels and lead workforce planning with analytical expertise.
- Monitor and manage absenteeism and attrition daily to maintain high employee engagement and productivity.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Training teams to effectively match new hires with clients' needs.
- Leverage Lever, MySQL, and other tools to pair idle talent with active opportunities in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
- Manage offboarding processes efficiently, removing tools and system access for departing employees.
- Track account churn and work with leadership and Talent Acquisition to secure timely replacements.
- Maintain a centralized database of all active employees, including accurate organizational charts and reporting lines.
- Provide daily workforce health updates and coordinate staffing needs with Talent Acquisition and Operations as required.
- Active employee count by job level, showcasing current team dynamics.
- Prior Day, WTD, and MTD absenteeism rates, enabling data-driven decisions.
- Prior Day, WTD, and MTD attrition rates, highlighting areas for improvement.
- Client run rate churn rates and geo-specific churn reports, providing insights into market trends.
- Ad-hoc WFM reports as needed, offering flexibility and adaptability.
- Proven experience in workforce management, preferably in a BPO or remote work environment, demonstrating expertise and success.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to forecast workforce needs, driving informed decision-making.
- Proficiency in workforce tools (e.g., Lever) and data management systems, facilitating efficient operations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks.
