Workforce Management Leader

The role involves overseeing the daily operations of our workforce, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will be expected to lead a team of analysts in planning, directing, and supervising work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generates forecasts incorporating historical trends and other factors such as seasonality, growth, weather etc.
  • Runs short term forecast and re-forecast/adjust future volume projections as needed to ensure optimum staffing at all times.
  • Creates and maintains capacity plans ensuring that staffing requirements, seat requirements and logistics are being delivered while balancing cost and performance.
  • Generates/reviews schedules accordingly to meet business requirements enabling superior customer service.
  • Provides leadership and supervision to a team ensuring that all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met across accounts.
  • Drives high client satisfaction by managing service levels situations and providing staffing, scheduling and Real-Time Adherence solutions.
Essential Functions:
  • Reviews and amends long and short term forecasts, schedules and reports while ensuring accuracy and timelines of delivery.
  • Ensures workforce management processes and procedures are in place and followed.
  • Conducts regular performance appraisals of direct reports.
  • Monitors center performance and alerts management of any discrepancies or issues.
  • Supports analysis of trending to adjust future planning.
  • Plans, directs, supervises and evaluates forecasting and scheduling workflow.
  • Assists in implementing Workforce Management System within the organization.
  • Performs routine audits of call center reports to ensure accuracy and integrity is maintained.
