Job Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to assist in executing multi-channel campaigns, managing content creation, and supporting marketing operations. This hands-on role involves collaborating with the marketing team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, maintaining web content, supporting webinars, and tracking key metrics.

You will gain exposure to email marketing, social media, SEO, paid media, and analytics, playing a critical role in the company's marketing success. Key responsibilities include assisting in executing multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, paid ads, and web, building and scheduling email campaigns using tools like HubSpot, and drafting, editing, and publishing blogs, emails, landing pages, and social media content.

Key Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, ideally in SaaS or associations
  • Proficiency with email marketing tools
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) or basic HTML
  • Experience managing social media platforms, especially LinkedIn
  • Working knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs)
  • Familiarity with paid media platforms like LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
