The role of the Senior Marketing Analyst, B2B requires a seasoned professional to audit and optimize current and prospective clients' marketing programs. This entails developing integrated marketing plans across multiple channels, with a focus on social media and Google Ads.

The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in cross-channel marketing program management, including a deep understanding of marketing funnels and flywheels. They should also be proficient in managing large-scale campaigns and clients, with budgets exceeding $100k per month.

Key performance indicators for this role include appraisal production, win rate, percentage of appraised GP to won GP, audit quality, audit speed, thought leadership, and accuracy of appraisal forecasts.

Responsibilities:

  • Audit and optimize current and prospective clients' marketing programs, developing integrated marketing plans that drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with channel specialists to develop impactful marketing strategies and ensure alignment with overarching goals.
  • Determine budget allocations by channel, medium, objective, and funnel stage.
  • Coordinate with channel teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.
  • Conduct research and analysis on prospective clients, industries, competitors, ideal customer profiles, and sentiment.
