We are seeking an experienced and skilled Marketing Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a marketing virtual assistant, you will play a key role in creating and managing marketing strategies, email campaigns, and customer data.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, creativity in executing email campaigns, and proficiency in digital marketing tools.

You will be responsible for planning and executing email marketing campaigns, monitoring their performance, and reporting on results for optimal outcomes.

In addition, you will design workflows and automations in CRM software like Go High-Level, maintain and update customer and campaign data using Excel for accurate tracking, and collaborate with the team to develop strategies for customer engagement and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, monitor their performance, and report on results for optimal outcomes.
  • Design workflows and automations in CRM software like Go High-Level.
  • Maintain and update customer and campaign data using Excel for accurate tracking.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for customer engagement and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Excel for data management and analysis.
  • Experience with QuickBooks for basic financial tracking.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and understanding of digital marketing principles.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, especially Go High-Level.
