Job Description

As a highly strategic Senior Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be tasked with building and scaling digital ad campaigns that directly impact revenue growth. You will work closely with creative teams, content producers, and analytics stakeholders to launch, test, and optimize paid media campaigns, and play a key role in scaling creative output through UGC initiatives.

  • Develop and execute high-performing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads strategies to acquire new customers and drive revenue growth
  • Set up, manage, and continuously optimize paid campaigns, ensuring they align with business goals and ROAS targets
Creative & Copywriting
  • Write compelling ad copy tailored to each platform, audience, and funnel stage
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ideate and test ad variations, including static, video, carousel, and UGC formats
Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools
  • Prepare regular reports with actionable insights, campaign results, and recommendations for continuous improvement
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads, with proven ability to scale campaigns
  • Demonstrated success in e-commerce performance marketing—preferably with direct response campaigns
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other reporting tools
Preferred Experience
  • Advertising experience on LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads
  • Prior involvement with organic SEO strategies
