About the Role

As a Marketing Performance Assistant, you will play a key role in driving our digital marketing efforts and helping us achieve our business objectives.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about data-driven marketing and has experience working with paid advertising channels.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in setting up and monitoring campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Manage and optimize ad creative assets, ad copy, and tracking tags
  • Monitor budgets, pacing, and performance on a daily basis
  • Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports to help inform decision-making
  • Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Maintain trackers and campaign documentation to ensure seamless handovers
  • Conduct keyword research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates
  • Support testing strategies for creatives, audiences, and bidding
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles and concepts
  • Proficiency in Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
