This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of the entire marketing journey for the launch of a luxury wellness retreat project.

As a senior marketer, you will develop and implement a full marketing strategy that generates qualified leads from international markets using online marketing campaigns.

You will build and grow a strong social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, create a monthly content calendar, and transform raw video and photo content into optimized posts.

Additionally, you will set up and run paid campaigns targeting potential investors and villa buyers, support the launch of a new website, and prepare weekly reports on performance across social media and all campaigns.

  • Develop and Implement a Full Marketing Strategy: Take ownership of the entire marketing journey for the launch of a luxury wellness retreat project.
  • Generate Qualified Leads: Develop and implement online marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads from international markets.
  • Build and Grow Social Media Presence: Build and grow a strong social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Content Creation: Create a monthly content calendar and transform raw video and photo content into optimized posts.
  • Paid Campaigns: Set up and run paid campaigns targeting potential investors and villa buyers.
  • Website Launch: Support the launch of a new website.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare weekly reports on performance across social media and all campaigns.
Qualifications
  • 5+ Years Experience in Real Estate Marketing: Proven experience in real estate marketing, with a focus on luxury and wellness.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Strong background in digital marketing strategy, including social media, ads, funnels, and websites.
  • Campaign Management: Ability to independently create and manage campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive sales.
  • Marketing Tools: Familiarity with key marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, scheduling apps, and website builders.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
  • Brand Storytelling: Creative eye for branding, positioning, and storytelling in the luxury and wellness space.
