We are seeking an experienced instructional designer to create engaging and interactive learning experiences for various modalities.

The successful candidate will apply recognized instructional design models to rapidly develop course content, identify best delivery methods, and adapt materials as needed.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing training material using authoring tools, including Articulate 360, Vyond, and Canva.
  • Maintaining knowledge of adult learning theory and learning technologies.
  • Developing course content, including graphics, scenarios, job aids, simulations, audio scripts, eLearning courses, and live virtual learning experiences.

Requirements include:

  • Experience with learning management systems, eLearning authoring tools, and MS Office.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well with colleagues and clients globally.
  • Emotionally intelligent and able to build strong relationships with leaders and employees globally.
