Role Overview

As a Learning Experience Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning journey of our employees. This includes leading the design, development, and maintenance of training applications to meet enterprise functional business requirements and operational needs.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain training applications to meet business requirements and operational needs;
  • Initiate, develop, and implement site-wide initiatives, as well as drive campaign-specific training programs for team leaders and teammates;
  • Create and maintain training materials to maximize task mastery and personal development;
  • Develop and execute team leader and teammate development training, including detailed curriculum, training delivery, and evaluation;
  • Serve as the in-house training expert and maintain training materials and documents for all levels;
  • Identify department- and campaign-specific training needs and develop materials accordingly;
  • Publish a year-long training calendar with quarterly objectives;
  • Collaborate with operations directors/managers and their US counterparts to communicate effectively and drive improvements across teams;

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of managerial and/or supervisory experience;
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Independence and motivation to oversee projects to completion, with the ability to adapt training materials to different audiences;
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications;
