Management Trainee Role

The Management Trainee is responsible for implementing and ensuring compliance with food safety and cleanliness programs within their assigned area. This includes monitoring day-to-day operations to ensure the effectiveness of dine-in and take-home sales services, promptly addressing customer needs.

  • Implementation of Food Safety and Cleanliness Programs: The trainee will oversee the implementation of food safety and cleanliness programs in their assigned area, guaranteeing compliance at all times.
  • Day-to-Day Operations: Effective management of day-to-day operations will include ensuring the quality of dine-in and take-home sales services, where customers' needs are addressed promptly.
  • Sales Building Initiatives: Providing leadership support to Restaurant Managers in client business relations and customer engagement initiatives to build sales.
  • Operations Assessment and Cost Management: Identification of opportunities in operations and cost management to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • Workforce Management: Workforce management of assigned stores, including manpower planning, hiring, orientation, and certification of new team members, managing schedules, and shifts.
  • Store Administrative Activities: Implementation of necessary store administrative activities such as office organization, securing government permits, and preparation of store reports.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a Food or Business Related Course.
  • Excellent Leadership and Customer Service Skills.
  • Effective Communication Skills (oral and written).
  • Able to perform well under pressure.
  • Flexible with regards to working hours and schedule.
  • Geographical adaptability required.
