We are looking for a talented professional to join our team as a Data Platform Operations Expert. This is an exciting opportunity to work on the reliability, performance, and cost optimization of our data platforms.

Responsibilities:
  • We require an experienced individual to perform administration tasks such as installations, connectivity, configuration, upgrades, and patching across cloud and SaaS platforms.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong monitoring skills, track service level agreements (SLAs), and resolve issues in collaboration with senior team members.
  • A key aspect of this role is supporting automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and enable shift-left operational models.
  • The selected candidate will document processes, create knowledge base articles, and develop self-service capabilities for internal users.
  • This position involves contributing to cost optimization efforts, performance tuning, audit activities, and disaster recovery testing.
  • Collaboration with security, infrastructure, and governance teams is essential to ensure compliance and reliability.
  • Staying informed about technical changes and emerging trends in enterprise data platforms is also important.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of relevant IT experience.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Basic scripting skills (Python preferred).
