Job Profile

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to oversee the effective delivery of our services. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and customer service skills, combined with basic technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Ensure the team is working towards departmental objectives in an efficient and effective manner, including dashboard management for all PODs.
  • Scheduling: Assist with scheduling coverage and participate in handoff meetings with each shift.
  • Customer Support: Triage cases, guide team members on using our support tools, and contribute to improving our customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Work with the team to create knowledge base articles for working with clients and handling various situations.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular competency reviews for all team members.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of managerial experience; call center or managed services experience preferred.
  • Skills: Technical subject matter expert on our service portfolio as they relate to our service catalog, ITIL certification and practice preferred.
