Job Overview

This position is responsible for delivering support services to internal and external clients, ensuring optimal service delivery.

  • Maintain SLA performance by tracking key indicators.
  • Create reports and collaborate with stakeholders to review and improve services.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Technical CRM Support (Level 1):
    • Provide basic level support for various services with a moderate level of expertise.
    • Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of transactions processed.
  • General Support of Processes and Services:
    • Support multiple services with basic (Level 2) and/or CRM Assistant level (Level 1) expertise support.
    • Solve problems through analytical thinking.
  • Operational SLA Compliance, Reporting and Metrics:
    • Adhere to operational SLAs agreed with customers to achieve process, team, and individual performance goals.
    • Achieve and/or exceed KPIs defined via SLA.
  • C-SAT and NPS:
    • Meet customer satisfaction and net promoter score goals set within the organization.
  • Project Support and AD-hoc Duties:
    • Provide support for out-of-scope services - Manage projects and develop solutions for new initiatives assigned or processes transitioned that require BSD support.
