As a multilingual customer service professional, you will have the opportunity to work with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including email, chat, phone, text, and social media.

Your role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of products, procedures, and resolutions. You will also work collaboratively with team members to offer support, answer questions, and present customer insights and trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ months of contact center experience (must be within the last 2 years).
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in Italian and English.
  • Must have at least 1 year work experience as Italian Bilingual in BPO or customer service industry.
  • Language proficiency is B2.
  • For non-native speakers, a valid language certification is required.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Preferably with experience working remotely.
