Lead Team Member

A team of experts in client services seeks a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead their operations.

Job Description:

The Lead Team Member is responsible for overseeing the daily management of the team, serving as a point of escalation for issues outside the authority of an agent, and working closely with the Client Experience Manager and People Manager to identify growth and development opportunities for team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • People Management: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the team, monitor attendance and punctuality, and escalate any issues to the HR department as needed.
  • Growth and Development: Identify opportunities for team members to grow and develop, provide coaching and support, and work with the Client Experience Manager to implement training plans.
Performance Quality Management:
  • Monitor and assess team members' performance, providing timely feedback through regular coaching and performance reviews.
  • Evaluate team members' skills and knowledge, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to meet client needs.
  • Ensure the team meets company and client-specific KPI targets.
Logistics:
  • Ensure team members have the necessary resources and equipment to sustain service levels.
  • Recommend alternative solutions to improve processes and efficiency.
Internal Coordination:
  • Collaborate with the People Development Manager to recommend career paths and create comprehensive training plans for team members.
  • Communicate regularly with the Service Delivery Manager to address any issues or concerns.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
External Communications:
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and requirements.
  • Implement policies related to client products and services.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of customer support and success processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Three years of supervisory experience in a related field.
  • Experience supporting SaaS products or troubleshooting experience.
  • Intermediate knowledge of CRM systems and cloud-based applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience supporting creative professionals, small businesses, or startups.
  • Knowledge of presentation software and AI-powered tools.
