Job Overview

The successful Recruitment Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in cultivating and managing our caregiver team, encompassing recruitment of highly results-driven Care Staff, matching caregivers with clients, and coordinating caregiver schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Primary responsibilities include building the caregiver team, recruiting Care Staff, and coordinating caregiver schedules.
  • Respond to inquiries from prospective clients, providing accurate and timely information about services.
  • Recruit through job boards, social media, and other creative avenues, utilizing strong telephone and interpersonal skills.
  • Phone screen, conduct virtual interviews, and perform reference checks on caregivers.
  • Remind candidates of upcoming orientation to increase show rate.
  • Complete background checks through current vendors and verify the OIG Exclusion List.
  • Recruit caregivers at a minimum rate of 4-5 new hires per week.
  • Develop and maintain a systematic scheduling process, ensuring client schedules are 100% accurate and fully staffed.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in staffing or customer service in a healthcare setting.
  • Recruiting experience and sense of urgency with strong attention to detail.
  • Reliable, coachable, curious, and committed to succeed; ability to identify these qualities in candidates.
  • Problem-solving ability and independent work capability.
