
Operations Manager, Corporate Facilities

This role is responsible for managing facilities operations, security, safety, and compliance in corporate office environments. Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are required.
Main Responsibilities- Manage general facilities, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance with company events.
• Conduct new employee orientations and site tours for new hires and guests.
• Assist with facilities-related projects as assigned.
• Attend training sessions as required by the organization. - Lead the implementation of tasks in the facilities calendar, including asset management and site maintenance.
• Work closely with contractors to implement preventive maintenance and other equipment activities as assigned. - Ensure efficient implementation and monitoring of physical security policies and procedures, including:
• Daily security operations
• Compliance and random checks
• Issuance of incident reports - Implement and monitor health and safety policies and procedures, including:
• Scheduled floor walks and random roving activities
• Investigation and documentation of safety incidents
• Updates to the Health and Safety Committee - Provide support and coordination for government and non-government facility inspections, including:
• Facilities, Physical Security, and Health and Safety Compliance requirements
- At least two years of professional experience in facilities, physical security, health and safety management in a corporate office or business process outsourcing setting.
- Technical knowledge on security and safety tools preferred.
- Safety Office 3 certification with experience in ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems preferred.
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Above-average spoken and written communication skills with the ability to present and coordinate with regional counterparts.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage conflicting priorities effectively.
