Job Overview

As a Process Expert, you will play a key role in driving our organization's success by executing export/import activities with precision and efficiency.

You will adhere to established process and account Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Internal Operating Procedures (IOPs), ensuring seamless daily operations.

Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual who can communicate effectively with colleagues across the globe.

  • Carries out all export/import activities in a manner that contributes to the achievement of individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Adheres to SOPs and IOPs during daily operation.
  • Responds to inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, escalating difficulties as defined in SOPs/IOPs.
  • Has responsibility for improving standard procedures while processing export/import documents with an eye on meeting customer requirements.
  • Empowered to suggest changes to operating processes based on experience.
Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly analytical and multi-tasking individual with excellent communication skills. The successful candidate must be able to work in a mid-shift or graveyard schedule and hybrid set-up.

  • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, BPO, or Shipping Industry.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish languages.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and Salesforce (case management style).
  • High analytical skills, ownership, and multi-tasking capabilities.
