We are seeking an experienced Senior Trade Finance Specialist to join our team

As a key member of our Trade Finance Team, you will be responsible for executing tasks within the processing of Trade products (LC/documentary collections) and interacting closely with internal teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing full cycles of Import and Export Documentary Letters of Credit, Collections, and trade-related transactions
  • Advising and confirming export Letters of Credit to customers/beneficiaries
  • Processing reimbursement claims under export LCs and related financing
  • Issuing Letters of Credit / Standby Letters of Credit
  • Processing payments for inward and outward collection documents
  • Monitoring import and export collection documents for acceptance and final settlement
  • Handling risk participation transactions related to trade products
  • Performing compliance screening on transactions according to bank guidelines
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Analytical, flexible, open-minded team player skills
  • Able to meet tight deadlines
  • Client-driven and fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Adaptable to fast-paced environments
  • Capable of performing compliance/customer screening, including escalation to MLRO
  • Skilled in processing import/export collections, amendments, and payments
  • Experienced in issuing and amending Letters of Credit and Standby Letters of Credit
