Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Trading Services Associate.

This role involves accurately capturing all transactions, reconciling data, and ensuring controls are in place. You will work closely with operations functions and infrastructure groups to facilitate communication and resolve queries efficiently.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to participate in strategic initiatives, improve processes, and build an in-depth understanding of trading structures from both financial and operational perspectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Timely and accurate capture of all transactions in Risk Management Systems
  • Complete intraday or end-of-day processes, including completeness and reconciliation checks
  • Collaborate with Operations functions and infrastructure groups to support a 'one team approach'
  • Ensure all controls are diligently performed, completed, and signed off on a timely basis
  • Communicate clearly with support teams for efficient query resolution
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and sense of ownership
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of derivatives and hedging products (Interest Rate Swaps, Basis Swaps, Cross Currency swaps, etc.)
  • Understanding of front-to-back operations process and ability to facilitate issue resolution
