The role of a Customer Success Representative is crucial in addressing complex customer challenges, driving process improvements, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

You will be instrumental in building strong relationships with our clients, providing value throughout the partnership, and retaining long-term partnerships by renewing successful customers.

A key member of our team, you will:

  • Lead post-sales activities through strong relationship-building, product knowledge, planning, and execution.
  • Act as the voice of the client within our organization, working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data Science.
  • Develop trusted relationships with clients by providing value and continually driving incremental value and return on investment.
  • Manage client escalations, track accounts to identify churn risks, and work proactively to mitigate those risks.

Our ideal candidate has 1-5 years of experience in Customer Success, excellent time management, and organizational skills.
