E-Commerce Partnership Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic professional to drive the growth of our client's established B2B/B2C platform. This is an offshore role where you'll be a key player, focusing on expanding our network of high-end furniture and premium food suppliers and nurturing commercial partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and finalize supply and wholesale agreements with new suppliers.
  • Onboard new suppliers through a comprehensive process.
  • Maintain and update product catalogs, including complex multi-tiered pricing structures.
Operational Excellence
  • Coordinate logistics and fulfillment to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor day-to-day platform operations to guarantee a seamless customer experience and quickly resolve any issues.
Performance and Reporting
  • Analyze key business metrics such as profit margins, cost of goods sold (COGS), stock levels, and lead times.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to management with clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supplier management, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to confidently manage professional relationships via phone and email.
  • Strong analytical skills with a talent for identifying trends and working with data.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce operations and proficiency in using spreadsheets and CRM tools.
