Job Title: HR Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and resourceful HR Operations Coordinator to support our team in delivering exceptional employee experiences. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating employee records, generating reports, and providing recommendations on HR processes and policies.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support employee onboarding, lifecycle, offboarding, benefits enrollment, and administration processes
  • Maintain and update employee records, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy
  • Address moderately difficult HR-related queries, provide recommendations on HR processes and policies, and support requests for reports and audit documentation
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Five to seven years of experience in HR operations or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of HR software and systems
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
