Remote Call Coordinator Position

M-F, 10 PM – 7 AM PH Time
Work from Home

This role is responsible for coordinating field technicians by performing the following duties.

  • Maintaining a strong client relationship by arranging and coordinating onsite technical services and meeting customers' service level agreements (SLA's).
  • Reviewing each new service call to ensure that all required information is present and accurate.
  • Finding local technicians to perform service, preparing them for the call, and setting expectations of service delivery including estimated time of arrival (ETA), tools needed, documentation requirements etc.
  • Documenting all aspects of service activity including ETAs, parts tracking, job status etc.
  • Providing outstanding communication to customers, technicians, and accounting teams to assure smooth call flow; utilizing phone, email, instant messaging, and internal system notes effectively and professionally.
  • Keeping the job queue clean and up-to-date with all necessary information and accurate follow-up dates.
  • Closing service calls by end-of-day on the same day the call is completed.
  • Managing return visit processes quickly and accurately to ensure payment for all service done.
  • Answering phone calls in a timely fashion.

Key Qualifications

  • 2-3 years' experience in remote administrative support.
  • Must be detail-oriented and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to handle high stress/high volume workloads.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently.
