We are looking for a skilled and organized Dispatcher to join our team in Davao City. The successful candidate will be the central point of contact for our field teams and clients, ensuring that services are delivered efficiently and on time. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a dynamic workload effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process service requests from clients via phone, email, or our ticketing system.
  • Prioritize and dispatch service requests to the appropriate field technicians based on location, availability, and skill set.
  • Monitor the real-time status of all dispatched service calls and provide updates to clients as needed.
  • Communicate with field technicians to provide necessary information and support, and to ensure they are on track to meet service deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all dispatched calls, technician activities, and service outcomes.
  • Respond to emergencies and last-minute changes, rerouting technicians as necessary to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Team Leader and other team members to optimize scheduling and routing strategies.
  • Generate and provide reports on service metrics and dispatch activities.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a dispatcher, logistics, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using dispatch software, GPS mapping tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of the Davao City area and its geography is highly desirable.
