Sales Development Representative


Job Description

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for families who have expressed interest in portrait sessions. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to warm leads provided by the company, managing inbound calls and inquiries from interested families, booking qualified studio portrait sessions, and establishing rapport with parents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make over 150 outbound calls daily to warm leads.
  • Manage inbound calls, SMS, and email inquiries from interested families.
  • Book qualified studio portrait sessions while clearly explaining the refundable deposit requirement.
  • Establish rapport and enthusiasm with parents by showcasing the enchanting fairytale studio experience.
  • Address objections with professionalism and confidence.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in CRM.
  • Consistently meet individual and team KPIs, including a target of .4 bookings per hour.
Required Skills and Qualifications

You will need strong motivation, persistence, and comfort working in a metrics-driven environment. Demonstrated experience in phone-based inside sales or call center sales is essential. Excellent communication skills, goal-oriented mindset, and strong organizational skills are also required.
