
District Sales Manager

Job Purpose:
To lead and manage the team of Technical Sales Representatives (TSRs) / Free-Range Birds Specialists (FRBS), execute strategies, and build strong customer relationships within the assigned sales district to achieve sales targets, drive growth, and ensure the overall success of the district.
Your Responsibilities- Execute all sales and marketing strategies as mandated by immediate management.
- Lead, motivate, mentor, and monitor the performance of all TSRs and FRBS assigned in the district to meet individual and team goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and other stakeholders to maximize opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor the sales growth of all distributors, dealers, and sub-dealers in your area to ensure target quotas are met.
- Ensure the consistent supply of ADM Animal Nutrition products within your distribution network.
- Enforce the strict implementation of the Minimum Retail Price (MRP).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies, resolve customer complaints, and meet business objectives.
- Oversee the physical appearance and product performance at store outlets, noting changes or complaints and reporting them promptly.
- Create new store and farm accounts, conduct veterinary missions, and organize seminars or related activities to generate sales demand.
- Provide regular updates to management on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Participate in meetings, conferences, workshops, and training sessions to stay current on industry practices and developments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
- Perform any additional projects assigned by the Regional & National Sales Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Agri-Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of sales experience, including 2 years in leadership or management roles.
- Proven success in driving sales growth and achieving targets.
- Team player, highly organized, aggressive, and self-motivated.
- Ability to plan and execute effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and negotiation skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive.
- Willing to travel and be assigned anywhere.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
