We are seeking a skilled Scheduler to play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our home care setting.

This individual will create order, coordinate caregiver schedules, and provide quiet, reliable support for both caregivers and clients, ensuring consistent, compassionate care for seniors in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain up-to-date caregiver schedules across multiple counties
  • Respond quickly when a shift is canceled or a caregiver doesn't clock in
  • Answer calls from clients and caregivers using the VoIP system
  • Update records and case notes in WellSky (training provided)
  • Collaborate with the operations team to flag issues and maintain staffing smoothness
  • Conduct regular check-ins and evaluations with caregivers
  • Generate weekly reports and keep leadership informed

In this role, you will work closely with the operations team to ensure that caregiving schedules are maintained and adjusted as needed. You will be responsible for communicating effectively with both caregivers and clients, resolving any issues that may arise, and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have experience in scheduling, preferably in a healthcare or home care setting. They will be able to remain calm under pressure, think critically, and make sound decisions. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Requirements
  • Experience in scheduling; healthcare or home care experience is a plus
  • Calm under pressure and naturally organized
  • Enjoy solving problems on the fly
  • Comfortable with software systems and remote communication
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and be a trusted partner
  • Take initiative and be a strong team player
  • Willing to work in a US time zone schedule
