Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support function, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email.

Your primary focus will be on resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be required to schedule and coordinate day-to-day activities of healthcare workers, screen and hire caregivers, communicate regularly with field staff, and develop strong interpersonal relationships to promote the employer's brand and ensure talent retention.

In addition, you will be responsible for staffing client shifts by matching the best caregiver with each client, taking initiative to build strong rapport and relationships with US-based team members, managing the service delivery platform to meet company standards, answering phone calls and providing excellent customer service, preparing daily and weekly staffing reports, supporting payroll functions, and providing HR support to healthcare workers.

Requirements
  • 3+ years experience in a Customer Service role
