Hiring Manager - Caregiver Support
Description:
The Hiring Manager - Caregiver Support will play a pivotal role in building and managing a high-performing caregiver team. This includes recruiting top-tier Care Staff, matching caregivers with clients, and coordinating schedules to ensure seamless service delivery.
Main Responsibilities:
- Buildding and maintaining strong relationships with caregivers, clients, prospective clients, and healthcare professionals to foster effective communication and recruitment.
- Responding to inquiries from prospective clients in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information about services and scheduling intake appointments as needed.
- Developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans to meet the company's staffing needs, leveraging job boards, social media, and other creative avenues to attract exceptional talent.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and caregivers, ensuring that their needs are met and concerns are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions with caregivers and clients, including documentation of scheduling processes and HR credential forms.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in staffing or customer service in a healthcare setting, with a proven track record of successful recruitment and team management.
- Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and excellent telephone and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
