We are looking for a scheduler who can manage caregiver schedules, communicate changes, and help keep both sides (caregivers and clients) informed, supported, and calm even when things get a little hectic.

The role involves building and maintaining up-to-date caregiver schedules across multiple counties, responding quickly when someone cancels a shift or doesn't clock in, answering calls from clients and caregivers using the VoIP system, updating records and case notes in WellSky (we'll train you for it), working with the ops team to flag issues and make sure staffing stays smooth, conducting regular check-ins and evaluations with caregivers, generating weekly reports and keeping leadership in the loop, and more.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Has worked in scheduling before or thinks they can rock it (bonus points for healthcare or home care experience)
  • Is calm under pressure and naturally organized
  • Loves solving problems on the fly
  • Is comfortable with software systems and remote communication
  • Has built strong relationships with stakeholders, becoming a trusted partner they can rely on
  • Takes initiative, but is also a great team player
  • Can secure the required technical setup, including a primary internet connection of at least 25 Mbps, a backup laptop, backup internet device, and backup power source, a main computer with at least Intel Core i5 (or equivalent) and 8 GB RAM, and a backup computer with at least Intel Core i3 and 4 GB RAM
