Job Title: General Virtual Assistant

Scale Virtually is seeking a highly skilled and organized General Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enhancing productivity and efficiency by handling a wide range of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Schedule meetings and appointments with clients and stakeholders
  • Book travel and accommodations for clients and team members
  • Manage contact lists and update records as needed
  • Prepare customer spreadsheets and maintain online records
  • Organize client calendars and ensure timely reminders
  • Perform market research and provide insights to clients
  • Create presentations and reports as assigned
  • Address employee administrative queries and provide support
  • Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact
  • Enter data into our system with accuracy and attention to detail
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, BPO employee, or a relevant corporate role
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Results-oriented, detail-focused, and systematic in approach
  • Basic to advanced command of computers, various software programs, and navigating the Internet
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
  • Willingness to work in the overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours
  • Willingness to be an independent contractor
  • Possesses a computer with the following minimum technical specifications:
    • Processor: Intel i3, i5, or i7 5th Gen or higher, AMD Ryzen 3 or higher, or Apple M1 and higher
    • RAM: 8 GB or higher
    • OS: Windows 10 or newer, MacOS Catalina or newer
    • Internet: at least 15Mbps wired connection
    • Headset with Noise Cancelling Features
