About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to manage financial tasks and provide customer support remotely. Key responsibilities include accurate bookkeeping, following up on payments, and responding to accounting inquiries.

Requirements:

Proven experience in bookkeeping and customer service, proficiency in Xero and other accounting software, excellent English communication skills, and ability to manage phone calls and respond to client inquiries professionally.

Work from Home Requirements:

Minimum 10 MBPS internet connection, backup internet connection, laptop or desktop with updated operating systems, backup laptop or desktop, headset with microphone, and willingness to use Time Doctor for monitoring.
